Lemon Clouds

Not your average cookie :)
Yield 4-6 dozen

2 c. margarine/butter
1 1/3 c. powdered sugar
2 c. flour
1 1/3 c. cornstarch

Lemon Icing
6 tbl. margarine/butter, room temp
1 (lb) box powdered sugar
Lemon juice for consistency

Cream margarine/butter and sugar.
Sift in flour and cornstarch.
Mix well. Roll into teaspoon-sized balls
and drop on un-greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 minutes at 350. Do not brown.
Cool and ice.
To prepare icing, cream margarine and powdered sugar, add lemon juice for consistency.
